Description:

Motor has been in storage for 35 odd years and had limited use prior to that. Engine is in peices save for the head which has been assembeled. All components have been crack tested. Crank is on size and standard although there are some water marks where the area of the main bearing oil grooves. Head is on full thickness and could be used as is but should be inserted to be perfect. Block has been deck plate bored and honed to 86mm. No pistons are with the engine. There are no alternator internals.


History

The engine was initially fitted to a formula car and saw limited use and has been in storage since then. A rebuild was started with parts chemically cleaned. There are no pistons as the decision hadn't been made as to the crank stroke.Engine
