Description:

THis ex-Norman Dickson car ran the European Championship in 1977 to some success. Even better in the British Aurora series (together with F1's & F 5000's)
where it held many track records. It was completely restored 1999-2000 and has since then just a few hours of test runs. The owner does not have time
to campaign this no expense spared better than new race car.

History

The third of the last eight wide tub F 2's that March made in 1977. Bruno Giacomelli was very successful in the European Championships with a sister-car
also equipped with a Hart engine.

2 Liter Hart 420 R (16 valve)
rev limiter set to 9000 RPM
when purchased it had 5 hrs run time after complete overhaul by "Geoffrey Richardson"
298 BHP was found on dyno by Geoffrey
Greysteel (Sweden) changed bearings and regards the engine in excellent condition
2-3 hrs of test driving since gearings
Lucas injection
also has Supertrapp silencer

2 new aluminum cells w/foam (US Air Force), 25 Litres each w/collector tank
all plumbing w/Earl's swivel-seal & tubes

Oil/Water System

2 side water rads (new)
1 side oil cooler & 1 small for the gearbox
