Description:
#1 of 9 F2 Rondel's built in 1973 by Ron Dennis and Neil Trundle, this was the development car. Early history available at TenTenths and Old Racing Cars websites. Brought to North America and converted to Can-Am specs with Mazda rotary power by Randy Zimmer and raced extensively throughout the '80's. This car had a turn at actually leading a Can-Am. The car sat unused for approximately 30 years and has just gone through a complete restoration, finished in an adaptation of the original Motul/Rondel colours. All original Rondel suspension with FT200 and rebuilt 4 port 2 rotor Mazda with 45DCOE. Peripheral port race engine components are included with 55DCOE.
