I am looking for a Dart or bowtie Chevrolet Big Block in good condition and must be able to be bored to a minimum of 4.600 bore, I prefer all mains present..but does not have to have! I will tell you..this engine is for an experimental 498 twin turbo..and I can purchase a new block ( bored and decked ready to build ) for $2,100. I am not looking to spend over $1,000 - $1,500 for a bare bock for this experiment..only to throw rods through it!
