I do not recognise the engine but in the early days of the 'BDA' many specials were produced to establish a dominance in classes in all sorts of motorsports. In that era the parts you are looking for will undoubtedly have come from Cosworth, where I understand Brian Hart worked in his early days. They should be able to match them up. As for the belt, if Cosworth cannot help, you will find it was a catalogue item from a belt manufacturer. For what original purpose god only knows, but going directly to a belt maufacturer, and finding someone in the company with the right attitude, should produce a result. My 69.1 throw BDA for example, used a belt length identical to a Lancia Turbo! but was used on many other automotive applications according to the manufacturer,Uniroyal. The much lower deck height of the block, and a re-designed pulley system required a much shorter belt. All Uniroyal needed was the tooth description, the pitch and the total length. In my case they put the order into their factory, who before starting a production run for the Lancia belts, cut three off at 25mm wide, instead of the Lancia's 20mm! That was exceptional co-operation at the time, you may need to tackle it in the same.
Good luck in your quest!
Jeff
