In the 1966 TT at Oulton Park, Warner Bros was filming the race for footage for a movie that Steve McQueen was going to produce- Day of the Champion. This movie never happened and he ended up producing LeMans as everyone knows.
I have heard footage for this movie or race exists ( in car footage and helicopter footage)
Anybody konw where??????????
I own a car from the race and was told by someone who saw filming said it was in it.
