Description
This is a perfect example of an alloy blocked, small valve, carburetted BDG. It is currently awaiting assembly, or can be bought as a built, dyno run unit from S.Jennings Racing for the appropriate additional charges. This is an engine that has never been damaged in any way, with a perfect pedigree and no substandard parts whatsoever. The cylinder head has been overhauled by S.Jennings and is in perfect condition and never run since overhaul. The block has just been relinered and bored and never run since overhaul. Crankshaft is a pefect D. Kidde crank, never damaged or re-ground, etc etc. All accessories are either new or in perfect condition. The carbs are Jennings modified Webber 48 DCOE's with a Jennings intake This is a complete kit and requires nothing to complete assembly, however, I STRONGLY recommend that the new owner have this unit assembled and tested by S. Jennings as there is no better BD engine builder anywhere. Don't take this perfect unit and have it hacked up by amateur who thinks he knows how. ( I ran 39 consecutive races with a Jennings BDD without a single mechanical problem- enough said)
