This a ex-pro Atlantic Series engine built by Arnie Loyning for the 1988 season-- as used by Hiro Mashusta. The engine is totally apart for inspection. The cylinder head has one weld-repaired chamber, and the crankshaft has one welded rod journal. Touch up machine work needs to be completed on the cylinder head chamber. Comes complete with prepped Webers and intake manifolds. This is a four-bolt exhaust port engine. Swift cast sump pan and cam cover. Block was modified at the rear for Swift chassis fitting. There is no clutch or flywheel. The engine has been in storage and apart since 1992.
Purchased from Hiro after he made the step into Indy cars--- after the end of the Pro Atlantic season.
