1996 Cobra lemanns recreation finished in Ford racing blue with Wimblededon white strips. Weighing just 2400 pounds it has a 0-60 time of 3.6 sec. Built to race in HSR and NASA it has been professionial built and is faster than the original factory racers. The chassis is from Contemporary motor works built in 1996. It is powered by a side oiler 427 by Jeff Lawerence(1,000 miles) with a Tremic 600 tko trans modified by T+S motorworks(new). The rear end has been replaced with a dual coil over racing suspension by Donovan motorsports. Brakes are 14" willwood on front and rear, rear are inboard mounted. This car has run 2:32 at Road America and a 10.87 quarter mile. Dual rollbars, a new custom carb and new goodyear racing tires have been added in July 2008. The car is street legal and has a 1966 title. Runs as well on the street as the track and is a show winner.
