Description
1984 Royale RP-37. Original tall roll-bar hoop to accommodate tall drivers. The chassis on this Royale is in almost perfect condition!
There are no scrapes or creases anywhere underneath and the whole chassis is still shinny! In 1999 the entire suspension was removed and
inspected then reinstalled. All brake calipers were rebuilt and new pads installed. New wheel bearings were installed all around.
When the car was apart, a new Halon fire system was installed along with a new fuel cell. Everything is AN fittings and braided lines.
Quick disconnect steering wheel, Compomotive wheels, full-formed foam seat for somebody around 160-180lbs, but it could be trimmed further.
The belts are excellent and new also. The dash has tach, water temp, oil pressure and oil temperature. There is also a volt meter installed
in the rear inside bulkhead to access battery condition. There is a complete set of bodywork on the car that is in very good condition with
no apparent repairs as well as one spare nose and splitter. The bodywork does need paint but looks fine from a distance. Also, all bodywork
including the spare stuff is the EXTREMELY LIGHT. It's almost like it's a Lexan body, but it's fiberglass. This car will be very, very light
when complete. The engine was removed from the car and disassembled prior to my purchasing the package and does not come with the car.
Just add a complete motor, and spend some time going over the car and tightening everything again and you will have a strong, straight,
fast S2. Complete exhaust system and rebuilt starter included. Royales have extremely rigid chassis's and are great short track/slalom cars.
