It participated to the world sport prototype championship during the years 1990 and 1991. The team Salamin - Primagaz was classified 8th at the end of the season 1991. It participated to the 24 Hours of Le Mans in 1991. It has the 5th place at the first practice session. The Swiss Team Salamin was one of the biggest team in LeMans history with 5 cars on start. In 1998, for its last race, at the 3 Hours of Hockenheim (GER), it won the race, with the pole position and "scratch" time. It had a speed record in 2003 in the "American Show" (dragsters) with a speed up to 381km/h
