This car underwent a complete restoration January 2001 by Bill Elliot Racing. The car has completed 14 hours since then and is completely sorted out and race ready.
History
Original Sabco-Ganasi car driven by Kyle Petty as Mello Yellow car. Other livery as current Kendall/Zippo was driven by Bobby Hamilton and Kenny Wallace.
Recent Competition History
The car has been raced the past several years in Vintage Road Racing events with track records at Road Atlanta, Sebring, Road Amaerica, Moroso and Watkins Glen. The car tied for the Championship in 2001 and was raced only twice in 2002.
