Ocelot Formula race car purpose built tube chassis, 1971 - fiberglas/aluminum body - 1969, Kawasaki KZ-1000/996cc engine and sequential shift/transmission. Aircooled with multi-stage electric fans, fire supression system,fuel sale fuel cell, Hoosier slicks on aluminum wheels, new Hoosier rains on powder coated steel wheels, disc brakes with dual master cylinder, quick release steering wheel, custom built piping with Kerker exhaust. Adjustable pedal assembly and two seats - one upright, one laydown - car can fit drivers from 5'2" to over 6 ft. Two+ year build with over $20,000 in parts. Only sequential shift car accepted by VARA. Will deliver up to 300 miles from LA at no charge. Race ready - add fuel and driver.
History
Previous owner states that the car is one of 20 original cars with few remaining. Is accepted by RMVR, SCCA, HSR-West, VARA. Most recently raced at Button Willow, Willow Springs, Phoenix, Las Vegas and Palm Springs. Log books going back to first race in 1972.
