Description
I am selling the Alpine to move to another type of racer. This racer is ready to go! It was last raced during the SOVREN Spring Sprints at Pacific Raceways in Seattle in May. The motor was rebuilt last Fall, and has two race weekends on it, maybe 3 hours tops; I am very gentle on the car. If not sold soon, I will race it at the Portland Historics with HMSA in mid July, come on down and check it out in person, and enjoy a wonderful 'spectator' event! UPDATE 07/01/09: Next weekend are the Portland Historics, and the car will be there! Will also be participating in the lunchtime drive arounds, so come out and check it in person, no disapointments!! If you can hook up a lunchtime ride let's go on-track!! UPDATE: 07/13/09 Back from the Portland Historics, had great fun, no problems at all of course! It's still ready to fuel and go! Thanks!
History
This racer was converted from a street car in 1999 by a VARA driver in Bakersfield, CA. I am the second owner, I have owned and raced it for four years, never a DNS, I did have a coil wire come off for one DNF, oops.....
Recent Competition History
Has won FP class with previous owner at Buttonwillow, I am shown winning FP once, but it's gotta be a typo!
