Description
Nationals Prepared Datsun Roadster. Logbook to 1980's, with matching Roll Bar. Was run by well known Southern California racer. Was competitively prepared to run SCCA Nationals with the almost every Nissan Comp part available. Stored many years. Stripped, inspected, and refreshed to Vintage specs in 2005. Restored to 1967 point in time as a 2000 Roadster. All new (not rebuilt) hydraulics in clutch and brakes. Has mild enduro 2000 engine. Very correct and competitive car finished fourth in first vintage race out against FI Vette's and the like after refresh. Great opportunity to have a front running car at entry level price.
History
Ran GP Regionals and Nationals in Southwest in 1980's by well known Southern California racer. Stored since early 1990's, refreshed and vintage raced in 2005.
Recent Competition History
Won Nationals events in South West. Ran fouth in first Vintage event out after restoration.
