Engine is an Attwell Formula Ford 1600 crossflow. Recent rebuild included bearings, rings, valve springs, valve job. Dry sump system. Rev limiter. Suspension newly updated with Spax shocks and springs front and rear. Car has been corner weighted and has adjustable front suspension. Drive train includes 4 speed transmission with straight cut Quafe gears, Tilton 7" annular hydraulic engagement clutch. Specially modified rear end housing modified for better oil retention. Quafe limited slip differential. New upgraded ring and pinion. New drive shaft. New U-joints front and rear. New axles. Alloy wheels. Extras include: Custom seat, Team Tech belts, fire bottle, side intrusion bar, fuel cell, spare wheels, honeycomb protection for driver's floor panel and fuel tank, FIA rollbar, Brookland wind screen. Braided steel fuel and brake lines. Competition exhaust.
History
This one-owner car has been campaigned with CVAR and other Vintage organizations for the past 8 years. Race car has been meticulously maintained by former Pro racing crew chief. Car has clean performance record and no wrecks. Winner of Super 7 Challenge Series. Also raced by professional female race car driver.
