This is a front running, two liter Alfa Duetto, #62. It has the best of everything: motor by Jim Steck (head by Jack Beck), prep by Jim Steck. Finished 20 seconds ahead of the next Alfa at Grattan and 11 seconds at Mid-Ohio. Full safety package including fire system. Large fuel cell (no refueling in one hour enduros). The car is fully sorted and race ready. Fresh rod bearings as part of the routine mantenence program). Straight cut close ratio box, limted slip diff.
History
Car has been run by current owner since 1996. It was rebuild and sorted byJim Steck, well known Alfa guru. Car is front running Alfa consistently, with lap times at Mid Ohio below 1:45.
