DescriptionThis is one of the most classic and formidable F5000 cars of its era, with a genuine and recorded history from the day it was built. It has been totally restored to it's original colour and specification. Unraced since restoration, it is a runner but has not circulated at speed since it was restored. It is not race-prepared but instead accurately restored to as-new condition. It could be race-ready with the addition of some non-period safety equipment (such as a fire system) and a go-through. Some of the plumbing might want updating to modern materials as all original-spec equipment was used. It's restorer is a professional race mechanic and race-quality hardware and fasteners were employed in the restoration. It is accompanied by an embossed Verification Statement from Trojan/McLaren. |
