Description This is a no expense spared ultimate incarnation of a racing Lotus Elite. Every imaginable tweak has been performed as a personal project by IMSA driver and ESPN commentator Bob Akin. Th car is dominant whenever it appears but remains street legal, with full lighting and even a horn. The incredibly advanced chassisless fibreglass bodyshell has had every internal box section completely foamed to provide exceptional torsional rigidity. A full roll cage has been fabricated which picks up the top of the rear shock towers, acting as a cross brace and providing rollover protection. The car also features a fully adjustable suspension and double adjustable Koni dampers. The body shell has undergone extensive aerodynamic development to the point of have the bumpers removed and join lines smoothed, rain gutters faired in, and even has the filler cap moved inside. This car is completely sorted by a career professional driver and certainly is the ultimate racing Elite.
