Description
Restored in the mid 80s the car is a very proper example of the Lotus Junior. Virtually
all running gear is period correct and updates to comply with modern safety regulations are sympathetic to
the car's original specificaiton. The car has been little used of late. This spring
the engine was rebuilt and the car gone through. A new Tilton clutch was installed,
masters and calipers rebuilt, new battery installed, new road springs fitted, and
Dunlop Formula Ford tires mounted. The car competed successfully at the Florida races
and is ready for a season with a new owner.
History
This car was restored from a rolling chassis by Eric Priestley Restoration in England in
1984. Sold to the current owner that year, it has seen little use recently. The prior
