Ex-Gavin Kershaw designed, built and owned Lotus Motorsport Elise not ex-Autobytel. Built for, and winner of 2003 Lotus Roadsports Series. Subsequently campaigned in British GT 2004. Rebuilt in 2005 to very high specification as follows: Body & Safety Original Lotus Motorsport Elise bodywork. Safety Devices FIA approved Full Roll Cage. Stu Wiring Harnesses Dash mounted circuit breakers MST Transponder The cylinder head has just been returned from Scholar, after a loose trumpet bolt became wedged between a valve. Head now completely refreshed with new valves, gaskets etc zero use since. Additionally, a new engine mount was fitted as was new plugs and oil. Gearbox was rebuilt in 2005, with ½ day testing since same for clutch, drive shafts and CV joints. One race, ½ day testing and 2 track days since engine build. Subsequently it has had a full nut and bolt check and is ready to race needs nothing. Eligible for a number of series and championships to incl. British GT (Cup Class), AMOC Mid Engined Sportscar Series (Motorsport Class), 750MC, Britcar etc. An exceptionally competitive car in the right hands and a joy to drive. A very, very reluctant sale due to change of series, and a new business opportunity. Can arrange international shipment for overseas customers.
