Description
This historic Champ Car is 95% complete needing very little to be race ready. The car is now fitted with a Cosworth XB engine which was rebuilt in 1996 by Cosworth-Engineering Inc.
History
This actual car won the 1991 Championship for Michael Andretti. The car was also driven by Mario Andretti in the 1991 Indy 500 to a 7th place finish. Setup sheets and log papers from Newman-Haas are available upon request. The following finishes were achieved with this chassis: Mid Ohio 1st place. Toronto 1st place. Denver 1st place. Indy 500 7th place. Laguna Seca 1st place. Cleveland 1st. place. Detroit 7th place.
