Totally restored and developed over the 15 years of current ownership.
History
Purchased new by Syd Jensen in 1955 and raced by him extensively in New Zealand with Manx Norton 500cc motor. Passed through many owners and fitted with many types of motor until V Twin Vincent fitted in the 1960s. Was rescued from oblivion in the early 80s and totally rebuilt. Motor and gearbox continuously developed to improve reliability and performance.
Recent Competition History
Has been in active use for the last 18 years. Holds NZ landspeed record for 1100cc cars 125mph, achieved 130mph at end of run. Will easily beat 250F Maseratis, D Type Jaguars, Coopers up to 2 litres and most historic Formula Fords.
