DescriptionThis very pretty car was the object of a complete restoration by one of the most well respected vintage formula car prep shops in the Northeast completed in 1993. The car was taken down to the bare frame and jigged and checked. All new hardware and fasteners were used. A new fuel cell and fire system were installed. A fresh uprated was placed in the car. All wiring and plumbing was renewed. The Hewland Mk8 was completly rebuilt and donuts and u-joints replaced. All suspension was stripped, magnafluxed, and replated. A new tail cover was obtained.It was raced only three times by the owner and was then purchased by the current owner. He ran the car a few times in 1996 but now wants to step up to a bigger bore car. The current owner has installed new shocks, a new starter, and new rear stub axles. He also detailed the bodywork and wheels. |

This specific car was a Canadian racer for all of its life prior to the recent restoration. Most if not all of the owners are known. A list is available. The car was a 1985 Canadian National Champion converted to a C Sports Racer and turned a 1:32 at Mosport.
