1997/98 Reynard Champ Car (CART) with the full 1998 updates. This is the rare Dan Gurney Eagle Cars driven by Juan Fangio II, Alex Barron and PJ Jones. Last ran in Champ car in 1998 and a back up in 1999 season. Car was fully updated in 2005/2006 with a 950hp Indy Buick narrow deck motor. Engine is fully overhauled and being currently installed back on the car. Car was pulled down for the season and being fully gone through. Car features X-trac gear box with full gear assortment. Engine was fully powdercoated in red. Car has full PI dash with full geomitry sensors through-out the car, air jacks, adjustable in car suspension, ceramic turbine blades in turbo, Penski adjustable shocks and more. Included with the auction is spare motors, engine parts, body panels, rims, gearing, springs, shocks, suspension, transmission and tons more. Over 12+ pallets of spares. Car is being reassembled with rebuilt motor. Can finish assembly of car for an additional cost or sell at show price. I have a full GMC 6500 Diesel truck 30K miles, 45' trailer, pit cart and more for an additional cost. Also avaliable is the full Toyota RV8A which was origionally in the car for an additional cost.

The car was purchased new from Reynard. First raced by Juan Fangio II in 1997 and then by Alex Barron in 1998. Car has 7800 miles. Ran at by Fangio '97 Laguna - 15th place, Vancouver - 12th place and Barron '98 Long Beach - 14th place, Homestead - 18th place, Mid-Ohio - 25th place, Michigan - 11th place, Toronto - 9th place, Detroit - 10th place, Milwaukee - 21st place, Gateway - 21st place, Rio - 20th place and many more races with Toyota engine failures.
