Photo and Spec Sheet Printing Information

Most browsers allow you to print the contents of your screen while you are browsing. You can print the photos or the spec sheets. The entire spec sheet will be printed, not just the part visible on the screen.

In Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator click on FILE on the top white bar and then click on PRINT on the menu which drops down. Then click on OK on the printer menu which pops up. Make sure to do this when the image you want to print is on the screen, not now.

For the best possible print quality before you click on OK it is a good idea to click on SETUP and check that print quality is set to "Best" as opposed to "Draft". This may involve going into one or two menus. For many HP print drivers after the SETUP menu you should click on OPTIONS and then click on BEST. Then click on OK on each menu to start the print. This only needs to be done once per session.

Once you have the image on your screen it goes directly to your printer. Any delay is a result of the images being prepared and sent from your computer to your printer. The Internet is not involved.

If you only have a black and white printer such as a laserjet you should still be able to print a usable B&W photo image.

Known Problems

The Prodigy Browser standard Image Viewer does not have a print function. You can print complete web pages but not individual photos. Contact Prodigy to obtain an alternate viewer from thier download area.

You may want to print this web page for reference later.

Use your browser BACK button or GO/BACK menu to return to the page you were on.
