Built as dedicated road course car by Bahari Racing for driver Michael Waltrip 1991.Laughlin chassis,truck arm type rear suspension,full oil,diff,trans,brake cooling.Cambered rear housing,Bilstein shocks,Detroit locker diff 3:50 less than 4 hours,Super T-10 trans less than 2 hours -both since new.22 gal NASCAR approved ATL cell,stainless headers,road race exhaust,power steering,correct adjustable seat,removable steering wheel.Road race Alcon front-Wilwood rear calipers.Dual master cylinders with balance bar. McLeod race clutch. Engine 406" sbc,Brodix heads, billet 4 bolt mains,Carrillo rods, Ross pistons, full roller comp cams valvetrain, dual GM MSD, just gone thru fresh rings,bearings etc for replacement short block 5/17 Full yellow Pennzoil livery as run ex Michael Waltrup. Little time on chassis.Built specifically for Sears Point Sonoma Winston Cup 10th place finish 1991 , then used as spare, pit stop practice, fresh 1994 style body for Pennzoil promotional pictures. Purchased directly from Bahari as roller Nov 1994 and completed 1996 with minimal subsequent vintage race usage since-one of many vintage race cars. Ran 2:27 Road America on used Hoosier bias tires.Handles very well and fun to drive.
