Rob Dyson's first Professional Race Car. In 1983 Rob Dyson contracted Chassis Dynamics to build a new IMSA GTO Pontiac Firebird. The car was built to meet the new IMSA rules allowing custom tube frame race cars. Rob raced it with hot shoe co-driver, Kenny Schlagle in both IMSA and SCCA Trans Am from 1983 thru 1985. The car featured some unique engineering for the era. It had water cooled front brake calipers and recirculating brake fluid.
