This 'factory' supported Roadster was initially built and campaigned by Frank Honsowetz, who was the Director of Datsun-Nissan North American Racing for 27 years. #44 was also sponsored by Panasport Wheels. The history includes a logbook from the SCCA Cal Club region where the car won 6 regional championships. #44 also won FIVE SCCA Pacific Divisional Championships. Finally, the car made 5 highly ranked and successful trips to the SCCA National Championship Runoffs. This Datsun Roadster is a truly superb historical race car and is investment grade quality.
