Original and unmolested except suspension upgrades See image of original owners manual, warranty document included
Honest 30 mpg and it uses NO oil and never any wrecks or major engine repair or serious faults only consistent regular maintenance and oil changes, belts, timing belt
Suspension including tie rod ends, ball joints, shocks, suspension bushings ALL recently redone including new front brakes and rotors and front axle ½ shaft
Coil-over lowered suspension with KYB front shocks and Tokio Illumina rear shocks and all polyurethane bushings
September North Carolina safety inspected and Honda 27 point inspection with all noted defects fixed
Recent plug wires and platinum spark plugs, O2 sensor, muffler, Kuhmo tires (80% remaining), gas tank replaced due to dent, fuel pump, new 2 year battery with warranty
New clutch at 190k miles and new timing belt at 210k miles
Body in excellent shape for age except for hole in rocker panel made by misplaced jack, small hood edge dent and passenger door handle dent (see images)
Otherwise NO RUST which is rare
5 speed transmission is smooth and fault free DOT 5 brake fluid after system purged
240,00 highway miles
The not so good:
Air conditioner works but squeaks on startup
Dash lights need to be re-hooked because of white backed gauges installed
Rear seats lost but easily replaced from junkyard but near perfect rear cargo tray is included space of a small station wagon
O2 sensor is after market and makes engine check light come on and off Honda Dealer certified this is only a cosmetic bother
Ready for next level of race or street car improvements:
Suspension and brakes are race tested at VIR track days (see images) and autocrossed and even with all season street tires handled great

I have attempted to show images of all defects and describe the car. It is a reliable daily driver and fun to race. It gets 30 mpg and uses NO oil. However, the car is being sold without warranty and as is where is. It has a current and clear North Carolina title.
