1981 March 811 Chassis #06 Formula One Race Car in Excellent Condition. Little time on absolutely fresh Phil Reilly engine. Same for transmission, rebuilt by Wehrmann Engineering. Little use on car over last two years. All new suspension last year. All running gear, drive line, suspension, brakes, wheels, etc. crack-checked last year. New oil coolers, radiators, new Koni's and springs. Car extremely competitive in the right hands (Williams FW07 copy). FIA papers. Absolutely race-ready.
History
March 811 Chassis #06 driven by Derek Daly; the only one of the six chassis that was truly competitive. Adrian Reynard joined the team part-way through the season and developed this chassis, which immediately put Derek Daly towards the front of the grid after languishing at the rear all season and failing to qualify. Car was a copy of the very successful Williams FW07. With a competent driver, this car has proved to be extremely competitive. See Derek Jones and Danny Baker's performance in the car last year.
