The Xanthos is an exact reproduction of the Lotus 23C chassis & suspension built by Henry Tombs in England. Henry was known as the premier Lotus 23 repair/restoration person in England. Before his retirement he built 3 Xanthos GT's, a roadster and two "coupes" (with removable hardtops). The GT has a 1.8 litre Honda GSR engine with a Jackson supercharger (240 hp) coupled to a 5-speed transmission. At 1300 lbs, the Xanthos GT is capable of impressive acceleration and superb handling.
