Description
1965 Ford Hertz Shelby GT350 Clone modified to be drag car. Vehicle is a supercharged 600+ horsepower HP 351 Windsor Roller motor, which has been stroked out to a 427. The engine has a Paxton SN93 11-lb blower and has an aluminum top end with Edelbrock performer full-length heads, 540 lift cam, steel crank, and Electro Motive fuel-injection with 65 lb injectors for racing. It recently had a mini racing starter added and has a custom aluminum radiator. The C-4 automatic transmission has been replaced with a Tramec 5 speed manual transmission and has a Center Force clutch. It rolls on a 35 spline Mosur axel. Currenly this car is set up to run either on alcohol or high octane fuel and would need to be converted to 28-lb injectors for street use. Essentially, this is a sweet looking Shelby clone that can run the quarter mile in under 11 seconds(according to previous owner) and is a drag car minus the required roll cage.
