Description

1969 Corvette, the third of three original Owens-Corning fiberglass racing team built Corvettes, built in the winter of 1970 from a recovered theft Tony Delorenzo bought from Don Yenko. Fully documented with a full and unbroken ownership chain (all previous owners still alive), period ADAC (the German SCCA) race results & pics, SCCA log books, period articles from Stars & striped newspaper. Originally raced in Germany 1971-1972 by Delorenzo`s friend and then Pan-Am pilot Curt Wetzel where it was known as the "psychedelic Corvette" due to it`s wild Randy Wittene (GM styling engineer & O-C team member) blue/white/purple paint.
